Sam Peters
Associate Attorney
Sam is a Georgia personal injury lawyer who represents individuals and families after serious injuries and wrongful death. Before becoming an attorney, Sam worked in full-time ministry at Pine Cove Camps. While his day-to-day work has changed, his purpose has not—helping people in moments of real need.
Sam likes being a lawyer. He sees it as a privilege to meet clients, hear their stories, and join their fight. Winning a case requires long hours of research, document review, investigation, and strategic drafting. It isn’t glamorous, but it matters. Sam embraces the preparation, the grind, and the courtroom fight that comes with standing up for injured clients.
Sam represents clients across Georgia in a wide range of personal injury cases, including wrongful death claims, construction injuries, commercial truck accidents, car accidents, premises liability, negligent security, slip-and-fall injuries, defective product claims, and complex insurance disputes. He has gone up against major corporations, insurance companies, property owners, and government entities—advocating for Georgia families regardless of how powerful the opponent is.
Sam lives in Duluth, Georgia with his family. He is an active member of Joy of All Nations Church, a church-plant of Perimeter Church.
